RawSugar delivers guided search for tagged content
Guided search provides the most relevant topics for your results at each level of the search. Using guided search, a user can quickly narrow their results, selecting the topics/tags and sub-topics that are relevant to them.
update 5/26/2006:
RawSugar is out of beta (since early February.) They seem to have changed their focus though.
